The now-defunct Willow Grove Park in Abington Township has been featured in plenty of Youtube throwback videos over the years. Glenside Local has circulated a number of them, including a “History of Willow Grove Park” series as part of our Willow Grove Tri-Centennial Celebration rundown.

Willow Grove Park shut down in 1975 and sat vacant until the land was cleared for the Willow Grove Park Mall, which opened in August 1982. Earlier this year, a video titled “The Story of Willow Grove Park Mall” was shared by The Retail Archives Youtube Channel:
