Jenkintown managing partner, broker named Realtor® of the Year by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors

Managing partner and broker Chris Beadling of Quinn & Wilson in Jenkintown has been named Realtor® of the Year by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) this week.

An instructor to both Realtors and attorneys, Beadling has been a Realtor since 2000 and has served on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) for over 10 years, holding the position of PAR president in 2022. He is currently serving as the National Association of Realtors® Region 2 vice president representing Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and is a member of the NAR Board of Directors.

“Chris dedicates much of his time to serving the real estate industry – on the local, state and national level. His congenial, informed and collegial leadership style motivates those around him to be even better than they were before they met,” said PAR President Bill Lublin.

“I’m honored that my colleagues in the Realtor® organization see that everything I do is centered around our industry and helping consumers,” said Beadling. “There has been a great deal of change in real estate in 2025, and I’m thrilled, and humbled, to be recognized in this way.”

Locally, he sponsors the Keep the Parade Running 5K in Glenside and Taste of Willow Grove on an annual basis.

Beadling holds an MBA from LaSalle University and an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University, where he served as president of the Alumni Association.
