The Lower Moreland Township Police Department announced today the arrest of Nena Miller, 44, for stealing approximately $600 in merchandise from the CVS located at 670 Welsh Road in Huntingdon Valley on August 30.

According to the report, Miller walked out of the store with a shopping cart full of various items and was observed walking westbound on Welsh Road. When she noticed police vehicles, she attempted to abandon the cart.

Miller was taken into custody and found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. She received the following charges:

• (1) COUNT OF 3929 A1 RETAIL THEFT – TAKE MDSE
• (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A16 INT POSS CONTR SUBST BY PER NOT REG
• (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A32 USE/POSS OF DRUG PARAPH
