Station at Hatboro, located at 21-23 N York Road, has a forthcoming 5,000 sf retail space available.

According to the listing, the space will be available on the ground floor around March 2026.

Earlier this year, the developer (JERC Partners LXIX LLC) demolished the previously existing buildings on the property. The old TNT Diner building located at 37 N York Road was demolished as well to make way for a three-story apartment complex with 102 residential units.
