Rockledge Borough introduces new borough manager

Rockledge Borough announced today the hiring of John “Jack” Lipsett as the new borough administrator.

A Philadelphia native, Lipsett brings nearly 30 years of experience as a city administrator in the South Jersey and the Philadelphia areas.

According to myspiritnews.com, he most recently served Morton Borough, Gloucester City, and Camden County, New Jersey as an administrator.

“His extensive background in municipal government is matched by his dedication to community engagement and effective public service,” a borough post said. “A devoted husband to his wife Sara and proud father of two daughters, Jack values family and community above all. He is excited to bring his experience and passion for service to Rockledge Borough, where he looks forward to contributing to its continued growth and success.”
