The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrests of Anne Focht, 45, and Thomas Bodor, 49, for stealing items from a Fisher’s Ace Hardware store (650 Welsh Road in Huntingdon Valley) on April 3.

According to the report, Bodor and Focht each purchased multiple items using a Mastercard debit card. Following the purchases, Bodor was observed placing two bags of stolen garden soil into the trunk of a grey Pontiac sport utility vehicle, and Focht loaded six bags of mulch into the vehicle, which then exited the parking lot.

They were subsequently arrested for one count of retail theft, police said.
