The Or Hadash building at 190 Camp Hill Road in Fort Washington is on the market for $2,250,000.

According to the listing, the three-story, 17,322 sf specialty building was built in 1888 and sits on 2.15 acres.

According to Jamie Weiner, Or Hadash’s real estate representative, the property is also for lease.

“The property is for sale or lease,” Weiner told Glenside Local. “If they lease it, Or Hadash would share it. If they sell it, they’ll vacate.”
