6ABC was provided footage of a fire caused by a tree falling on an overhead wire near Ardsley Station off Jenkintown Road in Glenside.

According to their coverage, there is no word on the damage. The video is below:

6ABC crews also spotted a tree down on Willow Grove Avenue near Fenton Road in Glenside which knocked down power lines.

Abington Hospital temporarily closed after a power outage on Thursday night. Trauma patients had to be temporarily diverted to other facilities until the emergency room reopened around 11:00pm, 6ABC reported.
