Adrienne Nicastro, a junior at Lower Moreland High School in Huntingdon Valley, has been selected for The Songbook Academy Class of 2025 by the Great American Songbook Foundation.

Nicastro will perform a solo during the Songbook Showcase on Thursday, July 17 at the Payne & Mencias Palladium in Indiana. The evening also includes special performances by Michael Feinstein and guest mentor and Broadway star Nikki Renée Daniels.

She will also perform at the Songbook Academy in Concert on Saturday, July 19 on the same stage.

Nicastro was selected for the Songbook Academy in 2024 as well. In 2023, she placed second in the Hammerstein International Youth Solo Contest.
