The Sisters of the Redeemer, which own and operate Redeemer Valley Farm at 521 Moredon Road in Huntingdon Valley, were featured by 6ABC for their ongoing tradition.

According to the story, the Sisters have been using their land to serve others for nearly a century. Today’s generation has established a garden and barn full of animals where they grow food for the community, invite families to visit, and host farmer’s markets.

The Redeemer Health organization also oversees Holy Redeemer Hospital and St. Joseph Manor right around the corner from the farm.
