Jenkintown Library hosting Halloween Decor Contest, Pumpkin Painting Night

The Jenkintown Library is hosting a “Boo in the Boro” Halloween Decor Contest this year.

“For a donation of any size, you can enter your home into one of our contest categories,” the announcement said. “Winners get a shout-out on our social media, a small, spooky prize, and, of course, official recognition as one of the spookiest homes of the year!”

Categories:

  • Super Spooky: Display is scary or gory, not necessarily kid-friendly
  • Spooky-Sweet: Display is not scary or gory, and is kid-friendly
  • Festive Fall: Display is not Halloween themed, but fall themed

Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 28. Winners will be announced on Thursday, October 31. All displays will have the chance to win the Best In Boo Award.
