Upper Moreland police share details of four recent arrests

The Upper Moreland Police Department has shared the details of the following arrests:

Alisher Rakhmanov

Rakhmanov, 35, of Philadelphia was arrested on July 14 at 7:18pm for Retail Theft.

Rakhmanov is accused of stealing $272 worth of food and household items from the Walmart at 2101 Blair Mill Road in Willow Grove, police said.

John Curtis

Curtis, 60, of Hatboro was arrested on July 14 at 8:30pm for Terroristic Threats and Harassment.

Curtis is accused of throwing cans of cat food at another person and making threats of physical violence in the Hatboro section of the township, police said.

Joseph Manning

Manning, 41, of Willow Grove was arrested on July 4 at 4:02am for Driving Under the Influence.

During a traffic stop in the area of Center Avenue and Moreland Road in Willow Grove, Manning was found to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired, police said.

Curtis Deshawn Johnson

Johnson, 27, of Philadelphia was arrested on July 3 at 1:25am for Possession of Marijuana.

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle located in the parking lot of Veteran’s Memorial Park (220 Mineral Avenue, Willow Grove) after hours in violation of township ordinance.

Police said the vehicle was occupied by a male and female. Upon investigation, Johnson was found to be in possession of marijuana.
