Manuel Cabrerra took over New Napoli’s Pizzeria in Huntingdon Valley in November 2023.
He and his staff have since revamped the restaurant’s menu, from their pizza to their pasta, down to their salads and strombolis.
“We changed our pizza recipes, our sauces, our ingredients,” Cabrerra said. “We wanted to make everything better than what it was.
Cabrera was previously the manager at Tony Roni’s Pizza in Willow Grove.
“We’re in a great neighborhood and we’re trying to grow the business. We’re working hard on this place,” Cabrera said.
