Find in Philly, a Philadelphia-centric tourist outfit, recently listed Elkins Park’s Richard Wall House for being the oldest English home in Pennsylvania that’s open to the public.
The mention was made as part of Find in Philly’s “FOUND: Tour Philly’s Oldest Homes” Facebook post:

The Wall House is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and has undergone numerous renovations over the years. It was once the site of meetings, weddings, and Quaker worship.
Its original owner, Richard Wall, was a founder of Cheltenham Township and arrived in the area with William Penn. The Township acquired the property and surrounding lands in 1932 and rented the house until 1979. Since 1980 the house has been managed by the Cheltenham Township Historical Commission, which opened the museum and orientation center in 1993.
