The Cheltenham Police Deparment announced on June 28th that all of its officers are now equiped with body cameras. Below is the statement:

Today CTPD rolled out our new body-worn cameras. The Watchguard brand cameras link with our current in-car camera system so that videos from both will seamlessly sync together, recording all our interactions with the public. The system was purchased using a matching funds grant from the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency. These cameras will now be worn by all our uniformed officers 24/7.
