PennDOT has announced that Aqua Pennsylvania is planning to close New Second Street between Oak Lane and Cheltenham Avenue starting April 20th and running through June 30th. The closure will be on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The purpose is for utility construction.
