CBG Building Company announced that it will be topping out the Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG) Fort Washington’s final building during the first week of March.

The 12,000 sf, 310-unit multifamily community is on track for its first turnover in August and will feature several deluxe amenities, the company said.

The company purchased the 14-acre parcel in February 2023.

The project is expected to be completed by January 2025. The location formerly housed an office building occupied by ADP.

The development consists of three wood-framed, five-story buildings with surface parking and individual covered garages. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units feature high-end finishes including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and plank flooring. JAG Fort Washington offers several interior amenities such as a grand club room with a bar, game room with billiards and a shuffleboard, world-class fitness center, movie theater, and co-working spaces. The community’s deluxe exterior amenities include pickleball courts, a dog park, and a resort-style courtyard with a swimming pool, grilling stations, and lounge seating.
