On Thursday at approximately 2:21am, Cheltenham Township Police and EMS were dispatched to the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 8470 Limekiln Pike in the Wyncote section of Cheltenham Township for a report of a shooting. At the scene, two victims were located, one with gunshot wounds to the hands and the other with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victims were transported by Cheltenham Township EMS to an area trauma center. According to officials, this appears to have been an isolated incident and presents no active danger to the public.
