We are excited for Molly to lead our mission delivery teams and grow the impact of Girl Scouting across the nine counties we serve in Eastern Pennsylvania and know she will keep the girl at the center of everything we do.”

“I am honored to serve as Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania’s Chief Mission Delivery Officer,” Eigen said. “Through my role, I hope to embody the Girl Scouts mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character to provide girls within our region the tools needed to be leaders and create substantial impact in our region.”

Eigen attended the University of Michigan and began her career at Teach for America before joining Mastery Charter Schools.
