The Montgomery County Department of Public Safety announced today that a Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect beginning 11:00pm on Wednesday, February 5.

“Snow will move into our area late this evening and will then change over to a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain overnight,” their post said. “The Thursday morning commute to work or school could be significantly impacted! Use extreme caution if you must be on the roads. If you can delay travel plans by a few hours, precipitation should transition to all rain by mid-morning.”
