Luis Gutierrez-Martinez, 27, of Willow Grove, was arrested on Tuesday, January 21 on charges of assault and harassment.
According to the Warrington Police Department’s report, officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Lisa Drive following a report of an unspecified incident. An investigation determined that Gutierrez-Martinez had assaulted a female, resulting in injuries to her neck.
By the time the police arrived, Gutierrez-Martinez had already fled the scene. An arrest warrant was subsequently issued, and he was later apprehended at his residence in Willow Grove.
