William Schlotthauer, 26, of Wyncote was recently arrested on Route 601 in Montgomery Township for driving under the influence after crashing his pickup truck into a utility pole on May 13 at 2:14am.

Police found Schlotthauer to be in possession of a loaded firearm during an investigation. He has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of a firearm.

He was taken to Montgomery Township Police Department for arrest processing. Schlotthauer was then taken to the Somerset County Jail pending a court appearance.
