Description: The care team at Echo Hospice of Pennsylvania, LLC is looking for new, or established, Pet Therapy Teams (human & animal) to visit patients under our care.
Hospice Volunteer

Location: Guardian Hospice, Willow Grove
Description: We’re looking for a reliable and caring volunteer to assist in our office once every other week for a few hours helping prepare supplies for distribution.
Feline Adoption Event Assistant
Available Times: Weekends (daytime)
Location: Willow Grove PetSmart, 3995 Old Welsh Road, Willow Grove
Description: Forgotten Cats is seeking volunteers to assist in transport and setup for 10AM Saturday adoption events at the Willow Grove PetSmart. Volunteers should ideally drive an SUV or van to pick up cats from the Forgotten Cats clinic around 9:30AM and transport them 1.5 miles to the PetSmart. Once there, volunteer will assist in setting up cages, as needed. At approximately 4PM, the volunteer would assist in breakdown and storage of cages and transport cats back to the clinic. Partial day duties can be arranged.
Hospice Volunteer

Description: Hospice Compassus is looking to match talented volunteers with elders near the end of life who have a tale to tell. A life story volunteer capture a patient’s meaninful moments and can develop a scrap book or other ideas to capture a biography featuring the patient recalling his or her life stories.
Adult Tutoring: Upper Moreland Free Public Library
Available Times: Weekdays (daytime, evenings), Weekends (daytime, evenings)
Location: 109 Park Ave, Willow Grove
Description: Join our team of tutors to help adult students in the Willow Grove area as they prepare for their GED; learn basic educational skills: reading, writing and math; or learn English as another language. Volunteer training & support is provided by the Literacy Council of Norristown.
