The VNA Family Health Center will host a grand opening at the North Hills Community Center in Glenside on Tuesday, July 11 at 12:00pm.

VNA-Community Services, Inc. operates best-practice health and human service programs that fill community gaps and positively impact the well-being of over 5,000 residents of Eastern Montgomery County and surrounding communities. VNA provides a primary care medical home for children without health insurance or who are covered through Medical Assistance, in-home services and support for the frail elderly who wish to remain at home, and public benefits access to support increased independence and wellness for financially vulnerable individuals and families.
