A dark gray Honda Accord stolen from Cheltenham Township on August 19 is now part of an investigation involving at least four suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Center City on Sunday, 6ABC reported today.

According to their coverage, three armed men got out of the vehicle and approached the victims while a fourth stayed inside the car. The men ordered two of the victims to the ground and struck another in the face with a handgun. One of the suspects was armed with what appeared to be an AR-15-style rifle, 6ABC said.

Part of the robbery was recorded by a witness who posted the video on social media.

Cellphones, watches, car keys, wallets, driver’s licenses and cash were taken from the victims, at which point the suspects fled southbound on 15th Street.

The Accord was recovered this morning and had been in the area for roughly three hours prior to the robbery, investigators told 6ABC.
