The Upper Moreland Police Department has shared the details of nine recent arrests:
Brandon Underkoffler
Underkoffler, 29, no fixed address, was arrested for Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on May 9 at 6:02pm.
Police were called for a male causing a disturbance. Underkoffler was found to be in possession of $114 worth of stolen merchandise from the Giant at 37 Easton Road in Willow Grove as well as drug paraphernalia.
Rebecca Macinsky
Macinsky, 41, of Horsham, was arrested for Retail Theft on May 25 at 3:46am.
Macinsky is accused of taking $279 worth of plants and flowers from the Lowes at 4055 Welsh Road in Willow Grove while the business was closed.
Douglas Dickerson
Dickerson, 59, of Philadelphia, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance on May 26 at 3:57am.
Dickerson was found to be asleep in his vehicle, parked in the lot of a closed business. Upon investigation, he was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Flynn
Flynn, 24, of Norristown, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Mischief and Dangerous Burning on May 17at 3:35am.
Flynn is accused of using charcoal and lighter fluid to set a fire on an outdoor chair at the Giant at 315 York Road in Willow Grove.
Nyeem Young
Young, 22, of Philadelphia, was arrested for Access Device Fraud and Theft by Unlawful Taking on May 1 at 5:47pm.
While working as employee of the Home Depot at 2250 Easton Road in Willow Grove, Young is accused of duplicating a customer’s receipt and using the receipt to initiate a fraudulent return. $239 was authorized to a gift card as a result of the return. Young is accused of using that gift card to purchase merchandise from the store.
Quadire Eberhardt
Eberhardt, 20, of Erdenheim, was arrested for DUI and Underage Drinking/Possession of Alcohol on May 17 at 11:58pm.
Following a traffic stop, Eberhardt was found to be impaired while operating a motor vehicle. Eberhardt was also found to be under the age of 21.
Douglas Dalske
Dalske, 48, of Willow Grove, was arrested for multiple counts of DUI and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property on April 13 at 2:50am.
A resident reported observing a motor vehicle strike a legally parked vehicle and leave the scene. Using roadway evidence and information provided by the witness, officers were able to find the striking vehicle, which was operated by Dalske.
Dalske was found to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
Matthew Wood
Wood, 28, of Willow Grove, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Terroristic Threats on April 20 at 2:00am.
Officers were called to a disturbance inside a residence. The victims reported that Wood threatened physical violence, which caused them to be in fear for their safety. During the investigation, Wood was also determined to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ebony Hightower
Hightower, 43, of Willow Grove, was arrested for Simple Assault and Harassment on April 24 at 6:45pm.
