The Upper Moreland Police Department has shared the details of the following arrests:

Arlene Carr

Carr, 34, of Philadelphia was arrested on July 5 at 3:20pm for Driving Under the Influence Controlled Substance, DUI  – Metabolite and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended.

During a traffic stop in the area of Moreland Road and Park Avenue in Willow Grove, Carr was found to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired and with a suspended license, according to the police report.

Ryan Ivey

Ivey, 32, of Warminster was arrested on July 19 at 1:24am for DUI General Impairment and DUI – Alcohol .10% to .16%.

During a traffic stop in the area of 2400 E County Line Road in Hatboro, Ivey was found to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired, according to the police report. 

Samanth McCurry

McCurry, 22, of Warrington was arrested on August 1 at 12:51am for General Impairment – DUI.

During a traffic stop in the area of York Road and Terwood Road in Willow Grove, McCurry was found to be impaired while operating a motor vehicle, according to the police report.
