Upper Moreland police release details of 6 recent arrests

The Upper Moreland Police Department has released details from the following recent arrests:

Shane Redding (pictured above)

Redding, 28, of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft on April 27 at 4:36pm. He is accused of stealing $894 worth of hair care and cosmetic products from the Weis grocery store at 2100 E County Line Road in Huntingdon Valley.

Dylan Swan

Swan, 30, of Chalfont was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop on April 6 at 3:37am at Easton Road and Russell Road in Willow Grove.

Joseph Osborne

Osborne, 37, no fixed address, was arrested for Retail Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft, Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 10 at 4:00pm.

Osborne is accused of stealing $211 of merchandise from Five Below at 110 Park Ave in Willow Grove while acting in concert with another person. Osborne fled from police and was detained after a brief chase. Upon his arrest, Osborne was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Miranda Lincoln

Lincoln, 40, of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft and Possession of a Controlled Substance on April 10 at 4:00pm.

Lincoln is accused of stealing $211 of merchandise from Five Below while acting in concert with another person. Upon her arrest, Lincoln was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. 

Sean Thomas

Thomas, 38, of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft on April 7 at 11:14am. Thomas is accused of scanning and paying for a Kool Aid packet in lieu of $581 worth of food and Pokemon cards that he had concealed from a Wal-Mart store at 2101 Blair Mill Road in Willow Grove.

Justin Penalver

Penalver, 29, of Willow Grove was arrested for DUI-General Impairment and DUI – Alcohol .10% to .16% on March 23 at 12:32am following a traffic stop at York Road and Duffield Street in Willow Grove.
