Andrew Block, deputy chief of the Gladwyne Fire Company and chief of the Upper Moreland Township Police Department, was the commencement speaker for the Montgomery County Fire Academy Class 2301 graduation ceremony on Wednesday, May 24 in Conshohocken.

The event celebrated 30 volunteer firefighters’ completion of the Pennsylvania Entry Level Firefighter Training program.
