Upper Moreland police arrest Glenside man, Warminster woman for retail theft, two arrested for DUI

The Upper Moreland Police Department has released four recent arrests, two of which involve driving under the influence (DUI), two of which involve retail theft.

The details of the retail thefts:

On January 20, Berisford England, 38, of Glenside was arrested for Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and Possessing Instruments of Crime. Charges were filed after England was identified in a theft of $4800 worth of Apple products from the Best Buy at 1130 Easton Road in Willow Grove.

On January 21 at 12:00pm, Gina Joseph, 45, of Warminster was arrested for Retail Theft. Joseph is accused of stealing $190 worth of merchandise over the course of several months from the Walmart at 2101 Blair Mill Road in Willow Grove. 

The details of the DUI arrests:

On December 7, 2023 at 11:55pm, Edward O’Connor, 75, of Roslyn was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and DUI-.16% or Higher (M). O’Connor was arrested following a traffic stop where he was found to be impaired near Fitzwatertown Road and Moreland Road in Willow Grove.

On January 27, 2024 at 1:52am, Sheldon Henry, 36, of Horsham was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. The arrest was made after a traffic stop where Henry was found to be operating a vehicle while impaired near Easton Road and Summit Avenue in Willow Grove.
