Upper Moreland police arrested Angel Brandon Santos, 42, of Glenside, on Saturday, November 9 for a retail theft that occurred on September 14, 2019.

According to the report, Warrington Police responded to a retail theft at Wegmans and learned that a suspect, later identified as Santos, stole $304.56 worth of merchandise and ran from loss prevention officials after they tried to confront him. A criminal complaint was filed at District Court.

Following his arrest, Santos was processed and arraigned by a judge who set bail at $5,000.00 unsecured.
