Kenneth Livingston, 47, of Trenton, New Jersey, who was arrested by Upper Moreland police for vandalism on December 31, 2023 at 1:15am.
While in police custody, Livingston “knowingly caused damage” to the police station at 117 Park Avenue in Willow Grove, police said.
He has been charged with Institutional Vandalism (M2).

On December 14, 2023 at 8:00pm, Gregg Hanson, 21, of Huntingdon Valley was arrested for Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S). Hanson is accused of causing injury to another person during a physical altercation.
On November 29, 2023 at 9:45pm, William Miller, 57, of Willow Grove was arrested for multiple drug charges and traffic offenses. The arrest was made following a traffic stop.
On December 1, 2023 at 2:30pm, Joshua Foley, 43, of Doylestown was arrested for Retail Theft (M1). Foley is accused of stealing $204 worth of football and baseball trading cards from Walmart.
On December 2, 2023 at 3pm, Kindred Cooper, 20, of Middletown, Delaware was arrested for Retail Theft (M1). Cooper is accused of stealing $171 worth of items from Walmart in concert with another person.
On December 2, 2023 at 3pm, Diamond Bazley, 24, of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft (M1). Bazley is accused of stealing $171 worth of toys and food items from Walmart.
On December 6, 2023 at 1:05pm, Mark Jones, 43, of Norristown, was arrested for Theft of Secondary Metals (M1) and Theft By Unlawful Taking (M1). Jones is accused of stealing scrap metal from a business.
On December 6, 2023 at 10:56am, Joshua Jimenez, 31, of Bronx, New York was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property (F3), Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle (M2) and Driving Without a License (S). During a vehicle crash investigation, Officers found Jimenez to be operating a vehicle that had been reported stolen.
On November 25, 2023 at 5:47am, Kai Sienna Hammond, 23, of Willow Grove, was arrested for two counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and Driving with a Suspended License (S). Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and found Hammond operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
On December 11, 2023 at 3:15pm, Wardell Quitman, 57, of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft (F3). Quitman is accused of stealing $11 worth of items from Wawa.
On December 14, 2023 at 2:00pm, Bobby Williams, 41, of Shippensburg was arrested for Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S). Williams is accused of causing injury to another person during a physical altercation.
On November 25, 2023 at 6:46am, Hakeem Brooks, 25, of Philadelphia was arrested for Strangulation (F2), Terroristic Threats (M1), Simple Assault (M2), Harassment (M3), Aggravated Assault (F1). Brooks is accused of causing injury to another person during a physical altercation and restricting the victim’s breathing.
On December 22, 2023 at 9:40pm, Rachel Kurian, 42, of Willow Grove, was arrested for Retail Theft. Kurian is accused of stealing $100 worth of merchandise from Weis in Huntingdon Valley.

On December 1, 2023 at 3:41am, Aaron Badeau, 33, of Willow Grove, was arrested for Terroristic Threats (M1) and Harassment (M3). Badeau is accused of sending unwanted threatening messages to another person that caused the victim to fear for their safety.
On December 12, 2023 at 2:36pm, Amy Beth Sandidge, 59, of Hatboro was arrested for Retail Theft (F3). Sandidge is accused of stealing $1100 worth of food items from Giant in Willow Grove.
