The Upper Moreland Police Department has announced that, in response to increasing thefts targeting Hyundai and Kia vehicles without push-button ignitions, both auto manufacturers are providing free steering wheel locks.
The Upper Moreland Police Department has partnered with both Hyundai and Kia to offer locks to Upper Moreland residents who own a Hyundai or Kia vehicle with a model year of 2016-2021.
The locks are intended as a visual and physical deterrent to any would-be thief.
This promotion will be offered as long as supplies last. You can request a free wheel locking kit by clicking here. For the full announcement, you can click here.
