Two women arrested at Willow Grove restaurant for intoxication & striking, biting, spitting at police

Two women from Philadelphia—Mohagani Carter Lowry, 26, and Davona La Kennel-Choice, 25—were arrested by Upper Moreland police on Wednesday, January 17 at 4:15pm at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Willow Grove.

Officers were called to the restaurant for “an intoxicated female causing a disturbance.”

Lowry is accused of “spitting at and biting several Officers while resisting arrest,” the Department said.

La Kennel-Choice is accused of “being intoxicated and shoving an employee of Carrabba’s” and “striking and spitting at police, as well as pushing a juvenile” during her release at the Upper Moreland Police station.

Lowry’s charges include:

Aggravated Assault (F2), Assault of Law Enforcement Officer (F3), Simple Assault (M2), Resisting Arrest (M2), Public Drunkenness (S) and Harassment (S).

La Kennel-Choice’s charges include:

Aggravated Assault (F2), Simple Assault (M2), Assault of a Law Enforcement Officer (F3), Harassment (S), Disorderly Conduct (M3), Endangering Welfare of Children (M1), Public Drunkenness (S).
