The following individuals have been placed on Montgomery County’s Most Wanted List and remain active at the time of this writing:
Henry Castillo-Suarez
Castillo-Suarez, 49, has been on the list since February 2024 for burglarizing and ransacking a residence on Welsh Road in Huntingdon Valley on July 17, 2022. His arrest warrant was issued in October 2023.
His accomplice, Cesar Almeida-Casas, 29, previously appeared on the Most Wanted List.
According to Lower Moreland police, the suspects broke in through a rear glass door and stole high-end jewelry and cash. Responding detectives processed the scene and located a blood stain on the carpet.
Castillo-Suarez is described as a 5’10” Hispanic male weighing 180 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
His charges include:
(1) COUNT OF BURGLARY – BUILDING WITH OVERNIGHT ACCOM (1) COUNT OF CRIM TRES-BREAK INTO STRUCTURE (1) COUNT OF RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (1) COUNT OF THEFT BY UNLAW TAKING – MOVABLE PROP
Cedric Antonio Paige

The Lower Moreland Township Police Department placed Paige, 25, on Montgomery County’s Most Wanted list in March 2024.
According to police, Paige is the suspect responsible for a “smash & grab” theft on March 13, 2023 at the Pennypack trail parking lot on 1750 Byberry Road.
Paige stole a purse and its contents from a parked vehicle, according to the report. Lower Moreland police obtained an arrest warrant for Page on June 22, 2023.
From the report:
Video revealed the suspect vehicle as a gray Chrysler, possibly a Pacifica, with a registration plate that appeared similar to PA but had too many digits. Unfortunately, the plate could not be seen enough for ID. The theft occurred at approximately 10:47am by the depicted suspect, who was the front passenger in the Chrysler at the time.
Paige’s charges include:

Four suspects who committed crimes in greater Glenside were on the county’s Most Wanted List as of June. As of December 2024, there were six suspects on the list.
