Cheltenham Township recently announced two traffic signal improvement projects scheduled to begin the week of January 15.
Contractor Armour & Sons will start at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Rices Mill Road, the Township said. They will then move to Washington Lane and Shoppers Lane.
Officials noted that crews may be working at both locations at times. Motorists should expect delays in the area over the next several months as the work progresses.
Similar traffic signal improvements took place at the intersections of Church Road/Chelten Hills Drive and Limekiln Pike/Willow Grove Avenue over the summer.
