The Station at Hatboro, a new 102-unit multifamily development at 37 N York Road, will welcome its first four tenants on Friday, May 15.
Mikki Raymond, the marketing and operations manager for developer J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., told Glenside Local that the property has leased 27 units so far.
“I think the convenience of the location makes it really stand out. You’re going to be able to find anything you need, and commuting into Philly and the surrounding areas is really convenient because of the train station’s proximity,” she said. “And, of course, people get to say they’re the first-ever to live here.”
The building includes 4,732 sf of street-level retail space and a mix of studio, one- and two-bedrooms units, as well as a variety of luxury amenities. The development has revitalized a formerly underused property that was previously home to small commercial buildings. Construction began in spring 2025 by Petrucci’s in-house construction management firm, Iron Hill Construction Management.
The units feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, spacious closets, central heating and air conditioning, wood-style flooring, and in-unit washers and dryers. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness studio with cardio and strength equipment, a resident lounge, private work pods, and tasting room for gatherings.

Raymond noted that The Station at Hatboro is one of a small handful of new luxury buildings in the Hatboro area and surrounding suburbs.
“A lot of the businesses around here have existed for over 30 years. We’re bringing a consumer base to the area to support those mom and pop shops,” she said. “There’s something special about this town where people know each other and want each to succeed. People look out for one another, so it’s really nice to see.”
“The Station at Hatboro and Milliner Lofts [a 36-unit apartment complex which opened last year] have brought a boom of investment to Hatboro,” Stephen Barth, the borough’s economic development consultant, told Glenside Local.
