“A community meeting will be held at Cheltenham Elementary School…[tonight] to discuss the Kerlin Farm development,” according to a statement from Cheltenham Township.

Kerlin Farm is located at 1050 Ashbourne Road in Cheltenham.

According to the Township, the developer has “proposed development of 79 age-restricted apartment units in three 4-story multifamily buildings on this 7.49-acre parcel.”

“Members of the public are invited to attend a community meeting hosted by the developer of Kerlin Farm,” continued the statement from the Township.  The meeting will be held “on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 7:00 PM at Cheltenham Elementary School [located at] 7853 Front Street [in] Cheltenham.  At this meeting, the developer will discuss the proposed development…There will be opportunity for members of the community to ask questions.”
