For the second time in two years, the Baederwood Shoppes on the Fairway in Jenkintown has been sold.

The 116,000 square foot shopping center has been acquired by Regency Centers, who now has a 80% stake in the property. They purchased the property from Charter Realty, who will continue to manager the property.

The property, which was 97% leased at the time of the sale, last changed hands in 2020 when Charter Realty purchased it for 44 million dollars along with Inland Real Estate Group. The terms of the most recent sale were not disclosed.

Located at 1537-1659 Fairway Valley Road, the shopping center is anchored by a 41,000-square-foot Whole Foods and a 17,000-square-foot Planet Fitness. There are also 25 other tenants, including Crumbl Cookies, Snap Pizza and a Panera bread.
