On Wednesday, the Jenkintown Police Department identified the suspects in the December 16th road rage incident that took place close to the intersection of Old York Road and Rydal Road as 25-year-old September Wingfield and 37-year-old Charles Woodson. Both suspects are from Philadelphia.
Each defendant has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and related offenses. They both are both currently incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $50,000 cash bail each.
