In August 2023, the owners of Stitch Central, a fabric store in Huntingdon Valley, recently announced that they have purchased a 5,000 sf building in Glenside and expect to permanently relocate at some point in 2024.

Renovations of the new space continued through December and into 2024.

On Saturday, Stitch Central provided a rough timeline of their Grand (re)Opening at 128 E. Glenside Avenue, the former site of Team Home Service Inc.

Saturday, March 2 is the last day of operation at their Huntingdon Valley location. The shop will be closed on March 3 through 7, with an anticipated reopening on March 8 or 9.
