State Representative Napoleon Nelson, who serves Cheltenham, Jenkintown and Springfield, announced that his office will be at the Wyncote Towers Theater Room (8440 Limekiln Pike) on Friday, February 28 from 11:00am to 3:00pm to assist residents with their 2024 Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications.

The event is open to all residents in the district who made less than $46,520 in 2024 and are either:

– 65 and older
– a widow or widower 50 and older
– a person with a disability 18 and older

Rep. Nelson said residents should bring proof of paid 2024 property taxes or a signed Rent Certificate, as well as proof of any and all income from 2024.
