Spread Bagelry, a Montreal style wood-fired bagels and artisan bagel sandwiches shop, opened a new location in Dresher in May, and is planning to open another location in Wynnewood soon.

On November 10, the franchise will host a fundraiser and awareness campaign for Best Buddies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The event will run from 11:00am to 1:00pm, and will coincide with the Wynnewood location’s grand opening at 50 E. Wynnewood Road, Suite 7.

“We are excited to collaborate with Spread Bagelry, as they are truly aligned with our mission of creating opportunities for individuals with IDD. This creative alliance supports our participants’ personal growth through an activity that whets the tastebuds of community members and engages the fans of this much-loved regional bagel destination,” Best Buddies Area Director of Eastern Pennsylvania, Kelly Bertolette, said.
