On Tuesday, January 18th at 7 pm, the Abington Board of School Directors will meet in the Board Room of the Administration Building, 970 Highland Avenue to approve a Health and Safety Plan for the district, authorize the plan for submission to the PA Department of Education and any other appropriate business. The meeting is open to the public.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled last December that mandatory masking in Pennsylvania schools was unenforceable, and since then masking has been up to individual districts. Abington currently mandates masking regardless of vaccination status.
