Sisters Damian Marie Jackson (above left) and Virginia Spiegel (above right), a former retreat director at the Dominican Retreat House in Elkins Park and a former Director of Finance for the Dominican Sisters in Elkins Park, respectively, were honored as Diamond Jubilarians by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for their 70th years of religious life, Catholic Philly reported.
Father Cyprian Rosen presided over a jubilee liturgy in June, during which the jubilarians renewed their vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience, Catholic Philly said.
