Update: Terwood Road between Greyhorse Road and Greenwood Avenue is still closed, officials announced this morning.

“Peco is unable to provide an estimate for when the road can safely be reopened at this time. All other roadways are open,” Upper Moreland police said in a statement.

The Upper Moreland Township Police Department announced at 5:35pm today that Terwood Avenue in Willow Grove is closed in both directions between Greenwood Avenue and Davisville Road.

The department also said that Edgehill Road is closed in both directions between Greenhill and Manor House roads.

Officers ask that residents and drivers avoid these areas and take alternative routes, and to contact PECO to report any power outages.
