PennDOT recently announced that a segment of Susquehanna Road in Abington will have a lane closure this week for stormwater replacement.

From Monday, October 30, through Friday, November 3, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, a lane closure is scheduled on Susquehanna Road between Colonial Avenue and Easton Road.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
