Update: Lismore Avenue has been reopened and power has been restored in the area as of 4:30pm Thursday.

Cheltenham Township announced this morning that Lismore Avenue between Limekiln Pike and Waverly Road is closed until further notice due to a fallen tree.

Officials said that PECO crews are on site to help restore power to the affected neighborhoods, and that updates will be provided as they are made available.

According to PECO’s outage map, 82 residences in the township have been affected by the outage as of 11:30am Thursday.
