Salus University in Elkins Park launches orthotics & prosthetics graduate program

This fall, Salus University will launch a new master’s program and a freshly renovated facility for orthotics and prosthetics.

The new facility, which includes a state-of-the-art Activities of Daily Living Lab, is partially funded by a $750,000 Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant. The lab will provide students with the latest available technologies in a dedicated training and learning space.

The program is only the 14th program of its kind nationwide and is the only program in
the Greater Philadelphia region. For more information, visit Salus University’s press release on the ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 15.
