Rosario’s Pizzeria, new to Cheltenham, highlighted by The Inquirer

Rosario’s Pizzeria, brand new to the Cheltenham area, was recently highlight by The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Glenside Local got wind of the forthcoming restaurant in January, and until recently store managers were unsure when the grand opening would be. Rosario’s opened on Tuesday in the strip mall at 576 Township Line Road. The original Rosario’s is in Philly.

The family-run shop’s six-page menu includes chipotle cheesesteaks, birria tacos, campechano nachos, and 15 Mexican-inspired pizzas. They also serve cheesesteaks, burgers, and salads as well as more traditional items, like tacos, flautas, quesadillas, quesabirria, and agua frescas.

Husband-and-wife owners Aaron del Rosario and Margarita Jeronimo are planning a grand opening within the month.

The pizzeria’s hours are Monday through Thursday 11:00am to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00am to 11:00pm, and Sunday noon to 11:00pm.
